The design also emphasizes the company’s goal of fostering a family-oriented culture, particularly through a large communal pantry. Spanning 30 sqm, this space offers staff a comfortable environment for informal conversations over coffee or snacks. Acoustic foam panels line parts of the area to minimize noise reaching the main office, while also providing space for more private interactions.

To elevate the design further, we incorporated copper-painted metal sheets—a subtle nod to the company’s industrial roots. These elements, along with soft curves that guide movement through the space, create a cohesive design that we believe will propel the company forward into the next 25 years.

Situated in the penthouse of the building, we took advantage of the high ceilings and showcased the structural beams crisscrossing the space. The 5-meter ceiling height creates an open, airy atmosphere, eliminating any sense of confinement. The exposed slab soffit paired with coffered ceilings add visual contrast and texture to the space enriching the overall experience. Wood paneling line the walls of the offices adding warmth to the space and further emphasizing the familial environment fostered within the company.
