Located at a highly visible intersection along the subdivision’s main road, this project presented an opportunity to create an impactful design that stands out within its context.

The triangular lot posed a unique challenge, but instead of treating it as a limitation, the design fully embraces it. At ground level, the layout follows the triangular form, shaping unconventional yet flexible living areas. This approach not only maximizes the lot but also responds to the client’s desire for a generous gathering space—capable of hosting both intimate family moments and larger social gatherings.

On the second floor, the home transitions into a more familiar geometry. Two rectangular blocks house the private areas, ensuring efficient and practical layouts for the bedrooms. Between them, the remaining triangular cavity becomes an outdoor patio, allowing light and air to permeate the interiors. This strategy ensures that every corner of the home benefits from natural illumination and ventilation.

The façade further reinforces the project’s identity. Decorative glass blocks introduce texture and rhythm while softly filtering natural light indoors, maintaining both privacy and thermal comfort. These are paired with ceramic tiles and WPC cladding for a durable, low-maintenance exterior palette. Inside, the material strategy continues—smooth coatings and laminates contrast against textured finishes, balancing warmth with coolness, refinement with tactility.

In essence, the design turns a challenging site condition into a defining character, producing a home that is both memorable and highly functional.
