Located in a strategic corner fronting a busy highway, this building has stood proudly for nearly three decades and has born witness to the company’s growth through the years. With the business continuing to innovate and come up with new products, the decided that it was time to update the façade to better convey the company’s vision.

The showroom at the lower floors are enclosed in full height glass windows to give passersby a glimpse of what the store has to offer. The upper floors, which houses the company headquarters, are clad to showcase the product the company has become known for; their high quality and long-lasting tiles. Through this contrast between the solid and the transparent, we hope to create a subtle sense of tension with both features capturing the viewer’s attention. Lastly, the angled vertical fins allow light and air to penetrate into the interior while creating dynamic views when seen at different angles from both the interior and exterior.
